OPENING HOURS

  • Breakfast
    7:30 – 10:00 hrs
    Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with local products for an invigorating start to your day.

 

  • Dinner
    18:00 – 20:30 hrs
    Enjoy a varied choice of 3-course-menus (Tyrolean and International dishes) with salad buffet.
    If you wish to charge your drinks to the hotel bill, we kindly ask you to check and sign the invoice in the morning.

 

  • Sauna
    16:00 – 20:00 hrs in autumn and winter time
    You will find our sauna on the 1st floor at the end of the corridor.
    Relax and rejuvenate yourself in our sauna, diminishing the strains of the day. Towels and bathrobes are provided in your room.For Health & Safety reasons the following must be complied with:

    • before sitting on benches, please place always a towel under your body,
    • no alcoholic beverages,
    • no beverages in glasses or glass bottles (risk of injury) ans
    • children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parents

  • Key card
    Your card also unlocks the entrance door, the ski depot and in most rooms your safety deposit box. Please keep it in your possession during your entire stay, not forgetting to return it on your departure.
  • Internet / WiFi
    Complimentary WiFi access is provided in your room. Please log into network “Kössler”. Login data is available at the reception, which are
    valid for 5 devices for 7 consecutive days.
  • Telephone
    If you would like to call another room, please dial the relevant room number – without the zero in the middle, for example room number 101 will be 11.
  • TV-Channels
    Please find a list of all channels in the middle of this leaflet.
  • If you wish to use the sauna, bathrobes (supplied once during your stay) and towels are provided.
  • Check-Out
    Check-out time is at 10:00 hrs
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ROOMS.
  • Safe
    • Instructions for safes with key card lock:
      Turn the dial to the left. Insert key card and rotate dial to the right.
    • Instructions for safes with electronic lock:
      Enter new code and press the ENTER button, then close the safe door and press the CLOSE button. To open the safe, enter your personalized code and press the ENTER button. On departure day please leave the safe open.

    WiFi is provided throughout the Hotel. Login data is available at the reception.
    Please note: At the hotel bar log into the network “Kössler/Piazza” – there is no login data required.
  • Ski Depot
    Your key card unlocks the door of the ski depot, which otherwise remains locked for safety reasons.
  • Shoe Depot
    Take advantage of our drying system to dry your shoes, ski & snowboard boots. The drying system operates on a regulated timed program.
    Drying system for your gloves on the very right of the dryer module.
  • Underground Parking
    Space available at the daily rate of EUR 4
  • Bus Stops
    • Tux ski and hiking bus
      Bus Stop in front of our Restaurant Piazza (direction Hintertux Glacier) or at the Fire Brigade station/bus station (opposite our house; direction Vorderlanersbach); Time table available from reception.
    • Hintertux Glacier Shuttlebus (in autumn and wintert time)
      Bus stop at the Fire Brigade station; shuttle service from 8.00 – approx.17.00, lunch break according to notice in the bus during autumn season.
    • Night Liner
      EUR 2.00 per way (in Winter only/commencing at Christmas) – from Hintertux to Vorderlanersbach – Time table available from reception.
