That’s why we have taken comprehensive precautionary measures here at the Kössler to make your holiday carefree and – above all – safe!

General rules

1. ARRIVAL: 3-G proof no longer required

  • There is an FFP2 mask requirement in all closed rooms except directly at the seat in the restaurant.
  • ALSO mask duty outdoors if a distance of 2 m cannot be maintained.

This regulation also applies to Austrian gastronomy and events, as well as in all cable cars and ski lifts

Travel Cancellation Insurance & Information

2.  Feel Safe Cancellation

Entry with the “2-G” (vaccinated or recovered) regulation is currently possible. If there are travel warnings, quarantine regulations that are not observed, etc. for vaccinated and recovered people, cancellation is free of charge. In all other cases, the general hotel contract conditions for the hotel industry apply.

Travel cancellation insurance & Covid-19:
In order to offer you insurance protection, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. This not only offers cancellation cover, but also health insurance cover for everything to do with Covid-19.

You will find disinfectant dispensers throughout the house.

4. Safety measures in the dining room

  • We ask you to wear the masks at the breakfast buffet and to disinfect your hands in advance.
    If you wish, we can serve you breakfast or a salad for dinner.
  • Of course, we keep the safety distances between the tables!
  • We also ensure that the dining rooms are aired regularly.

Spa

5. Safety measures in the sauna

  • We ask that you only use the sauna with your relatives.
  • Also in the sunbathing area, we ask you to observe the minimum distances to other guests! Thank you very much!

Living

6. Security measures in the room

  • Thorough room cleaning:
    As always, we pay attention to perfect hygiene and cleanliness when cleaning the rooms.
    Of course, there is always plenty of ventilation.

Active in winter

7. Safety while skiing

The Hintertux Glacier ski area has also prepared for the coming winter.
It implements a variety of measures to protect you:

  • FFP2 mask obligation in the ski bus
  • 2G proof in the gondolas and at the lift and mountain stations, as well as in all restaurants and huts of the mountain railways.
  • Regular disinfecting of the gondolas.
  • Online sale of tickets to avoid large crowds.
  • Floor markings for compliance with social distancing rules.
  • Additional ski bus trips to avoid peak times.
  • etc.

In addition to our precautionary measures, we ask you and all our guests to support us in our efforts:

  • Please wash or disinfect your hands regularly,
  • wear your nose mask in the buffet area and
  • follow the rules of distance.
