Gletscher Aktiv Hotel Kössler is a small, family-run hotel where the hosts are on site every day. Host Karina welcomes guests in person, gives individual tips for ski days or hikes, and also looks after their well-being in the restaurant in the evening.
In the kitchen, Constantinos cooks himself for the in-house guests, and in the morning, senior manager Roswitha provides the perfect start to the day with a breakfast tailored to active holidaymakers. Many guests especially appreciate this personal atmosphere and the attentive care throughout their stay.
In winter, the hotel offers a ski pass service, a ski room, and the Kössler Bonuscard with attractive discounts on ski rentals and ski school. In summer, guests benefit from personal tour recommendations, free loan of hiking poles, hiking guides, and discounts on bike and e-bike rentals. The hosts personally help you plan your activities.
The small, family-run active hotel is located in the center of Hintertux Tux in the Zillertal valley in Tyrol. The Hintertux Glacier valley station is only about 700 meters away. The free ski bus stops right in front of the hotel and comfortably takes guests to the gondola in just a few minutes.
This family-run hotel is mainly aimed at adult couples and active holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet who want to combine skiing on the Hintertux Glacier or hiking in the Zillertal with very personal service.
At Gletscher Aktiv Hotel Kössler, we’re your personal companion for your active holiday in Hintertux in the Zillertal. Your host family, the Maders, will be happy to give you tailored tips for your ski day on the Hintertux Glacier or for your hike in the region. Thanks to the combination of personal support, an ideal location and the right facilities, you can combine daily activity with targeted recovery during your holiday with us in Tirol.
An active holiday in Hintertux – Tux, in the heart of our beautiful Ziller Valley, is especially effective because several factors come together here: plenty of sun in the mountains, fresh mountain air, and exercise at altitude. Especially around the Hintertux Glacier in Tyrol, your circulation is gently activated by the oxygen supply and movement during hiking or spring skiing. This helps your body to overcome spring fatigue faster and recharge with new energy.
All the tips for spring fatigue we’ve compiled for you from Glacier Active Hotel Kössler in Hintertux – Tux in this blog post are for anyone looking to live more actively and, especially now in spring, recharge their energy. The successful blend of fresh alpine air, high altitude, and targeted outdoor activity helps boost circulation and simply banish tiredness.
