Prices
The prices quoted for our Gletscher Aktiv Hotel Hintertux – Tux are per person per day.
Plus tourist tax of €2.60 per person per day (local tax from 15 years).
The price includes:
- Extensive breakfast buffet in our Gletscher Aktiv Hotel in Tux – Hintertux
- Dinner with a 3-course menu of your choice and salad buffet (winter only)
- Sauna and relaxation area in our KÖSSLER . Hotel Hintertux – Tux
- Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

Children’s discounts
We are happy to offer the following discounts for your children in the 3rd and 4th bed of the double room:
- Children up to 5 years: €35 per day
- 5 – 8 years: 50% discount
- 9 – 13 years: 30% discount
- 14 – 16 years: 20% discount
Check-In & Check-Out
For your arrival & departure at our Glacier Active Hotel in Hintertux:
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Rooms are ready for check-in from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. - Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM on your day of departure. Late arrivals or early departures will be charged according to the booking.
Room cleaning
At the Glacier Aktiv Hotel Kössler, we are committed to preserving the wonderful nature around Hintertux.
To protect the environment and reduce the use of detergents and energy, room cleaning is only included every second day.
Upon request, we are happy to change your towels, empty the trash cans, and refill the toilet paper to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Deposit
To confirm your booking, we would like to ask you to transfer a deposit. You will receive all information about this with your reservation confirmation.
Payment options
We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation conditions
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
If you arrive later or depart earlier, the booking will be charged.

we are already looking forward to welcoming you to your well-deserved vacation with us.
But until then and even during the vacation itself, all sorts of things can happen, so we recommend that you take out Hotelstorno Plus or Premium insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung – for your best protection and your safety during your vacation in Austria
– incl. helicopter rescue costs and accident benefit package*. (* only Hotelstorno Premium)
Instead of the right of withdrawal according to § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, our General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply
This means:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price,
- within the last week 90% of the travel price,
- in case of premature departure 100% of the booking price.

We can also take care of this for you on request!
Insurance can also be taken out retroactively with Europäische Reiseversicherung. In this case, it is valid from day 10 after conclusion.
