The highlight of Carnival is just around the corner and we at the Kössler, the Gletscher Hotel Tux Hintertux, have compiled this year’s Carnival events in our region for you:

• Carnival parade on March 1, 2019
  The children of the Finkenberg elementary school and kindergarten are organizing the popular Carnival parade again this year.
  Anyone who would like to dress up is welcome to join in this family event.
  Meeting point: 10:00 a.m. in front of the elementary school in the village of Finkenberg.
• Ski show “The Color of Snow” on March 4, 2019
  This impressive ski and snowboard show takes place every Monday in the Hinteranger Arena and is organized by the ski schools of the Tuxertal. Look forward to varied performances by race carvers and freeskiers, unique light effects and trendy music. The show starts at 9:15 p.m. with free admission.

• Children’s Carnival Party on Shrove Tuesday
  An unforgettable children’s Carnival party will take place in the Tux-Center in Tux Lanersbach on March 5, 2019 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  The popular magician Phantomas, imaginative balloon artists, 2 face painting stations and the highly sought-after cotton candy stand await you! Admission is also free here!
• “Crazy Dress” Carnival Party on Shrove Tuesday
  The crowning finale of the Tux Carnival is the Carnival party in the après-ski bar “Hexenkessel”.
  On March 5, 2019, the “Partyhexe Susal” awaits you from 4:00 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. DJ Loni will heat things up in the Hexenkessle with hot music.
  Wear a “Crazy Dress” and receive a “Crazy Drink” free of charge in this trendy après-ski bar!
  So off to the Carnival party!
